This set will be perfect for the upcoming PETS-Cats and Dogs Expansion Pack coming soon and this set is super cute and super ideal for it! There's dogs, cats and paw prints for both! I recoloured the spooky round mat in Spooky Stuff pack and painted-on cat with fish and two dogs plus the paw prints as well. I hope you all love this set for your furbabies!

I'm in love with the new Vampires game pack for Sims 4 and I really liked the detailing on the All Inclusive Luxury Cruiser Coffins.
My Sims and I however, had other ideas. We wanted pizzazz! We wanted more gold and soft velvet in rich colors.
I have created some dark mahogany inspired wood trimmed with a more vibrant gold coffin.
Once inside you will see luxurious velvet in three colors; red, blue and pink.
You will need the Sims 4 Vampires game pack for the coffins to show up in your game.

Once i was asked to do some solid colours for this shower-tub set, I don't usually do requests but this is the only time I'll be doing stuff like this, this set has 13 solid colours and 9 patterns, each showertub matches with the mat too, so your Sims can have a shower or bath in style! The curtain on this set is the only thing that has changed, the tub and shower accessories have not been touched. And it's the same price as EA's original mesh.

Finally after making police uniform like sims freeplay metro police are finished now i'm making special agent version with coat and badge in necklace and me making diffrent version, male uniform still with tie and female uniform are plain without tie like original.

I have always liked stucco for my Sim's homes. I like to decorate both interiors and exteriors with it.

33.Oval Rug Recolours Base Game Compatible
This is a medium sized rug that originally has an Aztec feel to it. I recoloured this rug to be ornate, but not too busy, with several colours to choose from.
I upgraded the Ambience values as Happiness=1 and Focus=1. This rug is found in Buy Mode/Decorations/Rugs, and will cost you 105 Simoleons,
which is a great value for its size and ambience.
34.Navy Blue Bolero Jacket Outfit by Charelton
I wanted to create a nice stylish business outfit so I used one of the clothing items from the City Living expansion and did a quick recolour. I changed the suit to a navy blue and added 3 different shirt colours of white, grey and red.
35.Birch Tree Color Coordinates Wallpaper Set
This set of wallpapers was designed to be five color coordinating sets featuring floor to ceiling birch trees.
I really like accent walls in bedrooms and that's what I had in mind when I created these sets but the possibilities are
endless with what you can do with these. They will look great in all rooms of your Sim's homes.
The patterns are seamless and include all three wall heights.
These walls are base game compatible.
36.Pet Beds - "Bandana" Set - Both Sizes & 8 Swatches
While looking for patterns to put on these, I stumbled on this idea, & here's the result.
These items use the "Embiggened Pet Sleep Station" & the "Sleepy Time Pet Bed" & comes in 8 swatches + solids & inverted color schemes.
Can be found under "pets" in the pet bowl icon.
Cost: Small: 35 Simoleons - Large: 60 Simoleons (Same as the originals)
37.Build Your Own Houseboat
he fishing town EA created for the Cats and Dogs expansion made me long for the houseboats in the Sims 3 and the sense of freedom life on the water gave my game.
The fishing boats in the new town served as my models, and from them I created a Houseboat Shell that puts the boat back into houseboat building.
Houseboat Shells come in three colors: brick red, deep sea blue and turquoise waters. They float on water like a real boat and will not fade away in close-ups. Sims will also be able to walk through the walls without needing a door provided that after adding your perimeter low wall ( see images above) you leave an opening for them to board through.
Houseboat Shells come in a Base Game Version and a Cats and Dogs version. They vary only in minor details that once you finish your boat will be hardly noticeable.
As putting together a houseboat the first time can be challenging, I have included step by step instructions and visuals on how to build your houseboat (see images above). Using the dimensions depicted in the images will simplify the process greatly. Though the sample houseboat was created on a 40x 30 lot, feel free change the lot size.
For those who would rather get straight to playing, I will also be uploading a ready-made Houseboat Lot using these houseboat shells.
