he fishing town EA created for the Cats and Dogs expansion made me long for the houseboats in the Sims 3 and the sense of freedom life on the water gave my game.
The fishing boats in the new town served as my models, and from them I created a Houseboat Shell that puts the boat back into houseboat building.

 Houseboat Shells come in three colors: brick red, deep sea blue and turquoise waters. They float on water like a real boat and will not fade away in close-ups. Sims will also be able to walk through the walls without needing a door provided that after adding your perimeter low wall ( see images above) you leave an opening for them to board through.
Houseboat Shells come in a Base Game Version and a Cats and Dogs version. They vary only in minor details that once you finish your boat will be hardly noticeable.

 As putting together a houseboat the first time can be challenging, I have included step by step instructions and visuals on how to build your houseboat (see images above). Using the dimensions depicted in the images will simplify the process greatly. Though the sample houseboat was created on a 40x 30 lot, feel free change the lot size.

For those who would rather get straight to playing, I will also be uploading a ready-made Houseboat Lot using these houseboat shells.

While looking for patterns to put on these, I stumbled on this idea, & here's the result.

 These items use the "Embiggened Pet Sleep Station" & the "Sleepy Time Pet Bed" & comes in 8 swatches + solids & inverted color schemes.

 Can be found under "pets" in the pet bowl icon.

 Cost: Small: 35 Simoleons - Large: 60 Simoleons (Same as the originals)

Batman continues to fight against enemies that are trying to destroy Gotham City. But all those enemies can be eradicated easily using the fighting skill he has trained for years. He can jump, fly and beat his enemies one by one. He also has a batarang weapon that he uses to defeat opponents from a distance.
Batman Gotham City Rush is an arcade / platformer game utilizing dynamic graphic animation making it quite fun to play. Control list and tutorials are provided and can be accessed through the main menu.

Airblast is aerial combat simulation game where you can control the aircraft either using keyboard or joystick. Airblast is the winner of PGD (Pascal Game Development) competition in 2005.
At first, Only tutorial menu is available, which is the training mission to learn the basics control of the fighter plane. After playing the tutorial exercises, the Instant Action menu containing game modes will be active and you can play a duel against enemy aircraft. The Tournament menu is not active in this version.

In Instant Action menu, there are four different game modes to play:

1 vs 1 = combat against single plane using missile and weapons.
1 vs 1 Furball: only use weapons.
1 vs 1 Firestorm: use more missiles.
Endurance: patrol the area with your wingman.
Control:
Arrow keys = drive the plane.
Space = Shoot
Page up / Page down = change weapons to missiles or vice versa.
F1 = camera
F2 = Options
... Other control can be found in the Options menu.

Ultimate Tank is a tank-combat game with full of blast. Control a tank, find a best path to get to the opponents and shoot them all.
There is a radar location that you must defend. Once it shatters, you lose. Moreover, you have to destroy all enemy tanks in order to complete each level. So don't go too far away to chase after enemy tanks since your radar/base also needs protection.

Ultimate Tank has large levels that can make you stay playing for fun. The higher the levels you are going through, the more complicated the circumstances you will be facing off. Furthermore, various weapons, bonuses, and upgrades are available in every levels, makes it more interesting.

Super Mario 63 is a fanmade platformer glimmer game that is intended to join all the most renowned Mario platformers, specifically Super Mario Galaxy, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario 64 and to a lesser degree, New Super Mario Bros. Something else about this game is the numerous different routes in which the games traverse with one another.
Anyhow beside the music, the foes, the hybrid activity, and everything else, let me get to my clear most loved thing about this game: the marvelously strange material science. The hopping and turning workman is similar to the mechanics from New Super Mario Bros. Wii, where you could perform triple hops by hopping great hit the ground, and drift for a part second in midair by shaking the Wiimote. But in this game, those peculiarities are basically on steroids.

It is a high-octane arena style action packed war games that are full of action thrillers that are sure to lure your heart all at a go and provide you with full entertainment and fun. In this game, controls for players are from key 2-4 that can be edited in the option menu. Within a short time, this game has gained such a response in the web community, mainly for its stunning graphics and action packed thrilling experience.

You can also play this game with your friends and play against them to kick off your scores in this gaming option. Gun Mayhem supports up to four players at a time and here in this game you can utilize over 60 different types of weapons and firearms. Apart from that you are getting 12 various maps for fighting down your enemies and four unique game play mode for playing the game better.
